The Floating Home Podcast is a passion project aiming to inspire people through the art of conversation. I’ll be inviting a range of people to join me on the narrowboat where I live to essentially just have a chat about life. I believe that each one of us is part of one whole collective, but within that I’ve always loved how humans differ in their opinions, theories & concepts. The Floating Home is a safe space to discuss anything & everything as we delve a little bit deeper and continue to expand our minds.

I had the pleasure of inviting Beck over to my boat for a wonderful conversation about all things boat life & alternative living. We had only met previously on social media and I was drawn to her ambitious & productive nature as I knew she lived alone and impressively rebuilt the interior of her boat.
In this episode Beck uncovers her stories of struggling with dyslexia, living in a van for 4 years, being one half of a successful band that toured Europe & The USA, as well as buying a boat with no toilet, shower or heating!
